Terms of Service
Last updated: June 16, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LLC Pro ("we," "us," "our") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Professional LLC Service
LLC Pro is a document preparation and filing service. We help you prepare and submit Articles of Organization, EIN applications, operating agreements, registered agent service, and related add-ons to the appropriate state agencies. We are not a law firm, accounting firm, or tax preparer, and we do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. If you need legal or tax advice, please consult a licensed professional.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout and intake.
- Confirm that your chosen business name is appropriate for your activities and complies with state requirements.
- Maintain your registered agent, annual reports, and any state compliance obligations after formation.
- Promptly respond to requests for additional information needed to file with the state.
- Not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or restricted purpose.
4. Service Limitations
- Processing times depend on each state agency and are not guaranteed.
- State filing fees are set by the state and are paid to the state, not to LLC Pro.
- We cannot guarantee that a chosen LLC name will be approved by the state.
- Add-on services (EIN, Operating Agreement, Registered Agent, Annual Report, UPS Priority Shipping, Rush Processing) are subject to availability and the requirements of the relevant authority.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if information is incomplete, inaccurate, or suggests unlawful intent.
5. Fees and Payment
All service fees, add-ons, and state filing fees are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed through a third-party payment processor. By submitting payment you authorize us to charge the displayed amount.
6. Compliance Disclaimer
LLC Pro provides self-help services at your specific direction. We are not a substitute for the advice of a lawyer or accountant. Information provided on our website and through our services is for general informational purposes only and is not legal advice. Use of our services does not create an attorney-client relationship. You are solely responsible for ongoing compliance with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to your business.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LLC Pro's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
